If you really know what you want, you better get Peter Joehnk or you could end up buying a house you did not want. Peter is not afraid of going after a house that already has "many offers." He finds the way for you to get it. He did it for me. I did not like that the prior real estate agent discouraged me saying "that house has many offers already," wrong answer for a professional like me. Peter is knowledgeable and kind.
